Can be used as a hot oil treatment:

Apply to clean hair

Heat 3-4 tbsp. of oil in bowl, separate your hair in 2-4 sections, massage oil well into roots and saturate your hair strands. Cover hair with shower cap for 30-60 minutes, wash out with shampoo, follow with conditioner.  Follow this routine 1-2x monthly for best results. 

General use:

Apply to desired area and massage well. Use twice weekly or as often as needed.
